Patients subscribe or use an employer seat, then invite their physician on Synapse.

2 · Physician

Physicians are manually verified once. They accept patient invites and submit referrals to any Synapse-listed cash-pay service or provider.

3 · Cash-pay Provider

Providers get in-app referrals with a timestamped audit trail. Optional secure fax for their existing intake.
